Digital products

Roses & Earth sells downloadable digital sewing patterns. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Downloads, cancellation & refunds

For digital content supplied immediately, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download begins. After the digital file has begun downloading or has been accessed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have if digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not supplied in conformity with applicable law. If you have a problem with a file or cannot access your purchase, please contact us so we can help.

Before downloading

Please check the product description, file format, sizing information, language and printing requirements before purchasing. Digital patterns are for personal use unless the product page states a different licence.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Any taxes required by applicable law will be handled according to the checkout and the seller's applicable tax obligations.

Privacy

We use the personal information needed to process purchases, deliver digital products, respond to messages and operate the website. Newsletter emails are sent only where you have subscribed or another lawful basis applies. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
